Please note, all our orders are processed on the weekends (we are volunteer run). Delivery times are estimated and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All products are shipped from Toronto. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight and the size of the products. To determine your shipping charge, add items to your cart and then click the checkout button. You will then be asked to enter your contact information. Under Delivery Information it has Shipping Method, select Expedited Parcel, Priority, Regular Parcel or Xpresspost. Expedited rate is usually the best. Flat rate items appear below.

U.S.A. SHIPPMENTS: We do not ship to the United States. With the ongoing problems at the American border it is too diffcult to ship from Canada
